. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored smart technology solutions to residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home automation and ELV systems sector.
Promote and sell smart home solutions, including lighting control, climate control, AV integration, CCTV, access control, networking, intercoms, and other ELV systems Etc.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase system capabilities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of home automation, smart home solutions, or ELV systems.
Solid technical understanding of automation protocols (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4, Lutron) and ELV systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
