We are seeking an experienced Real Estate team leader with a strong background in the secondary market who will oversee daily operations and manage a team to ensure targets are met and clients are satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of brokers to achieve sales targets.
Recruit, hire, and build a broker team within your area.
Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of both individual and team KPIs.
Responsible for the individual and the team's performance.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
Actively prospect, negotiate, and close real estate deals.
Requirements
A proven track record in real estate sales.
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
in Dubai.
Prior team leader/management experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Having RERA.
Valid driving license.
