The role required a Motivated Team Leader with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment with and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Main focuses will be overseeing the staff, scheduling shifts, delegating, motivating, and managing any conflict.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals for the team and achieve it.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day Sales Activity.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Strictly follow compliance guideline set by Bank.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Effective communication skills, strong ethics, empathy, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire employees.
Requirements:
Minimum two-year experience Managing Retail Banking sales Team
Self-motivated, forward looking, target orientated individual
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
