Team Leader - Personal Loan
to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates who already have a team of active loan sales professionals will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives
Drive daily performance and ensure achievement of team sales targets
Recruit, train, and develop new sales executives as needed
Motivate and guide the team to ensure high productivity
Monitor and report sales performance and pipeline regularly
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with all UAE banking and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in personal loan sales within the UAE
Previous leadership or team-handling experience preferred
Candidates with their
own team
of loan sales professionals are highly encouraged to apply
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
