Team Leader - Personal Loan
to manage and drive our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal loan sales, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team towards achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Executives in personal loan sales.
Set clear targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales goals.
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance productivity and performance.
Monitor sales activities, pipeline management, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in
personal loan sales and leadership
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.
Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to manage and inspire a diverse sales team.
