Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and coordinate Amer service agents to ensure smooth daily operations, manage queue flow, and maintain high productivity standards. Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining high service quality. GlassdoorOperational Oversight & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with GDRFA and other immigration-related regulations and protocols. GlassdoorTrabajo Collaborate with management to develop and refine operational policies and procedural workflows. GlassdoorPerformance & Reporting
Monitor key operational metrics, maintain transaction records, and prepare financial or performance reports. TrabajoGlassdoorDesirable Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Glassdoor Minimum of
2 years of supervisory experience
--preferably within Amer Centers or government service contexts. TrabajoGlassdoor Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Dubai government procedures and immigration regulations is highly advantageous. TrabajoGlassdoor Proficiency in computer applications and office systems.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
