Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Team Management

Client Services & Escalation Handling

Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining high service quality. Glassdoor

Operational Oversight & Compliance

Performance & Reporting

Desirable Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Glassdoor Minimum of

2 years of supervisory experience

--preferably within Amer Centers or government service contexts. TrabajoGlassdoor Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Dubai government procedures and immigration regulations is highly advantageous. TrabajoGlassdoor Proficiency in computer applications and office systems.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
