We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Team Leader - Telecom
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising field operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high-quality service standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telecom technicians and field executives. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily telecom operations and project activities. Ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and service tasks. Provide on-site guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members. Track performance metrics and report to management. Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a telecom supervisory or team leader role. Must hold avalid UAE Driving License
. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations effectively.Immediate joiners preferred.
