Job Details

  • Manage daily kiosk operations and supervise a team of sales executives
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance telecom product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Motivate staff to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Drive sales of SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages, and telecom accessories
  • Implement effective strategies to increase customer traffic and conversion rates
  • Monitor KPIs and align sales activities with company objectives
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring inquiries and complaints are resolved quickly
  • Manage inventory, POS transactions, and compliance with company and telecom regulations
  • Generate daily and weekly sales reports, providing performance feedback and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with management, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in telecom or retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and manage team performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and POS systems
  • Willingness to work in kiosk-based retail environments with flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
