Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team of B2B2C Outdoor Sales Executives in daily field activities.
Conduct visits to assigned
government and corporate locations
and support team members during client engagements.
Ensure team members are meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when needed.
Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing training.
Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and sales assignments for the team.
Manage reporting, documentation, and pipeline updates accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring professional service delivery and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
(telecom experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills.
Bilingual:
Arabic & English.
Valid Qatar Driving License

Valid QID and eligible to work in Qatar.
