WE ARE HIRING !!! We\'re excited to announce that Signify Financing is looking for Team Leader - Sales to join their dynamic sales team. As a key member of their team, you\'ll be responsible for leading and motivating a group of talented sales professionals to achieve their targets and exceed expectations. The candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and experience in Credit Cards and Personal Loans in the UAE. SALARY: Up to 6000 AED. INCENTIVES: As per performance. Responsibilities
- Engage with team members on product usage.
- Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
- Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets of the team.
- Investigate and address competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities.
- Prioritize and schedule proactive calls to organization\xe2\x80\x99s accounts.
- Undertake training on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s markets and products and improve on selling skills.
- Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
