Summary


Park Hyatt Doha, a luxurious 5-star property located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.



As a Team Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will lead and motivate the service team to uphold Park Hyatt's high standards, while also providing personalized guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.


Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
