We are looking for experienced

Female Catering Team Leader (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Lusail, Qatar

Salary: QAR 3500 to QAR 3800- Full Package (Base on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Oversee catered functions, indoor and outdoor.
- Coordinates with the event host on all aspects of the function.
- Supervises and trains staff in the catering & restaurant according to standards.
- Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
- Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, venues and storage areas.
- Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment.
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in indoor and outdoor functions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
- Handling the catering phone and ensuring all clients are communicated and orders are accommodated.
- Provide unique and creative ideas to enhance guest experience.
- Should possess in depth Knowledge of

Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
- Supervise events and team members throughout service.
- Guide the service team in set up of tables and place settings.
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming event details.
- Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Co-ordinate with the Kitchen and sales department.
- Coordinate with the suppliers and kitchens.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in similar level in catering / hospitality environment.

- Experience in working in small scale of restaurants as a Team Leader/ Senior Waitress
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office.- Experience in dealing with Online Delivery Apps (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeek etc..)
- Fluent in English.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.

Experience:

- Catering Supervisor: 3 years (required) / Senior Waitress /Head Waitress

Language:

- English & Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Food Safety Certificate (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR3,800.00 per month
