Binayah Real Estate is currently looking for a Team Leader with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate in a senior post, holding a valid UAE driving license and car. Working hours are flexible. It is a target-oriented job. The successful candidate must have team-leading capabilities. SALARY + COMMISSION What We Require: Hirnign agents, lead & supervise a sales and leasing team of 8 to 10 people and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, redirecting and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate and a proven track record in selling and renting properties in the UAE Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewing & meetings. Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales. Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale. Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings. Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues. Attend property events to generate new business leads. Must possess excellent communication skills.
