Designation: Team Leader - Real Estate We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, young and energetic Team Leader in a reputed Real Estate Company. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Team Leader in Real Estate Sales
Background. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing and motivating the team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. - Responsible for operating and getting full information on new launch and existing developer projects.
- Developing business with new developers and get the agency registration done.
- Lead & Supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
- Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.
- Ensure deal closure by guiding team to coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time. - Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Work with developers for a better understanding of them and to revise the marketing strategy accordingly.
- Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and after-sales service to clients. Required Skills: - Valid UAE Driver's License/Own Vehicle is Required. - Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must. - Must have minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader in Real Estate - Well-presented and a good work ethics. - Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skills Benefits - Attractive Salary package
