Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve targets.
Handle client inquiries and close high-value deals.
Monitor team performance and develop strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on property launches, market trends, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with marketing and admin departments for seamless operations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
Organize broker tours, meetings, and developer presentations.
Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating new agents.
Ensure excellent service quality and compliance with real estate standards.
Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of sales experience
in UAE real estate.
Strong knowledge of the
Dubai property market
, laws, and regulations.
Proven record of
team leadership and successful closures
in real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license and
RERA certification
(preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
