Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' market knowledge and negotiation skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations, including property listings, viewings, and deal closures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and market standards.
Report to senior management on performance metrics, market trends, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven real estate experience in the UAE.
Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
RERA certification is a plus.
