What It Takes:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage agents
Strong sales track record with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets
Fluency in English (European language is a plus)
Your Role as Team Leader:
Guide and mentor agents to achieve individual and team sales goals
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement growth strategies
Drive team productivity through effective planning and execution
Represent Lux-Sar's brand and uphold service excellence
