Team Leader
to join our expanding team. Prior Real Estate experience is required (Preferably Abu Dhabi), but needs experience in UAE.
Role Summary:
As a
Team Leader
, you will play a key role in guiding, supporting, and growing a team of real estate agents. You'll lead by example--actively networking, closing deals, and setting high standards for professionalism and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents
Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with company targets
Actively generate leads and close property sales and rentals
Assist team members in negotiations and client interactions when needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activity
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high energy
Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and community functions
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 4
years of experience in real estate
(UAE market)
Proven track record in
sales, negotiation, and client acquisition
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Must be proactive, confident, and
highly driven
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
