Team Leader

to guide and grow a high-performing sales team while actively contributing to business development and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to develop team skills Monitor individual and team performance and implement performance improvement strategies Support agents in closing deals, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional client service Personally handle and close high-value sales and leasing transactions Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new agents Collaborate with marketing and management to drive campaigns and new listings

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role

Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License

(mandatory) Bilingual:

Fluency in Arabic and English

(spoken and written) Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent knowledge of the UAE property market, legal procedures, and documentation Results-driven, well-organized, and able to work under pressure

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary:

AED 5,000 - AED 10,000 (based on experience and performance)
