Synopsis
As a transport team-leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of passenger and staff transport, including scheduling, deployment, fueling, maintenance and appearance. You will be responsible for SLA's reporting and recording services for billing. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency and upholding high safety standards throughout the process
Accountabilities

• You are the accountable person for monitoring and reduction of fuel burn by managing engine idling and maximizing operational trips per shift.
• As a transport Team leader, you will be responsible about the efficient management of bus rotations to reduce maintenance and breakdowns.
• You will be in the role of supervising staff members effectively to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Supervision and implementation of cleaning standards and appearance for both interior and exterior of the buses.
• Coordinating upkeep with stakeholders and reporting impending problems or shortages.
• It will be your duty to report and monitor the service levels from third party contracts in order to ensure value and quality.
• You and the bus allocator will share responsibility for making sure there are enough resources deployed in operations to facilitate the required demand.
• You will be responsible to liaise with other departments (baggage, ramp) and offering on-ground interfaces with customer airlines and stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma
• At least 3 years airline or airports experience, or 2 years in EASG within Ramp Operations scopes.
• Valid UAE driving licence is desirable
