Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for personal loans and credit cards (ENBD, DIB, EIB).
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve targets.
Monitor daily team performance & provide continuous training.
Ensure compliance with bank & internal policies.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with operations for smooth processing & approvals.
Uphold the company's professional values & service standards.
What We're Looking For
Strong sales experience in UAE banking (personal loans & credit cards).
Prior leadership / team supervision is a plus.
Solid understanding of ENBD, DIB & EIB credit policies.
Arabic speaker preferred.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
Goal-driven, able to perform under pressure.
UAE banking sales experience is mandatory.
