Team Leader – Online Sales (inbound Leads)

Job Description

We are seeking a

Sales Team Leader

to manage a team of 4-5 online sales representatives who handle inbound leads generated from Google Ads, social media, and other online channels. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring fast response times, high conversion rates, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Team Management & Supervision



Oversee the daily activities of 4-5 online sales representatives. Ensure all inbound leads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, website, WhatsApp, calls) are

responded to within SLA (service level time)

. Monitor and assign leads fairly across the team using the CRM.

Performance & Reporting



Track individual and team KPIs (response time, conversion rate, deals closed, revenue). Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management. Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions.

Coaching & Training



Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage. Mentor team members to improve lead handling and closing skills. Provide constructive feedback through regular 1:1 sessions.

Sales & Customer Focus



Support team members in

negotiations and closing high-value deals

. Step in to assist with VIP or complex leads. Ensure excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.

Process & CRM Management



Ensure all leads are

properly recorded and updated

in the CRM system. Optimize lead workflows and follow-up strategies to minimize lost leads. Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality.

Duties :



o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

o Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

o Closely monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly

o Recruit, train, and manage new sales representatives

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and team members

o Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and procedures

o Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance evaluations

o Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless customer experience

o Engage with customers and suppliers through visits to foster and establish long-term relationships.

o Demonstrate a commitment to flexibility by being available for extra hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet organizational needs.

o Ensure prompt and efficient response to urgent orders, even outside of regular working hours and during holidays, to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

o Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

o Possess UAE driving license and owning a car are a must

o

Proficient in CRM software, including managing and assigning leads effectively to optimize sales processes.



o Should be fluent in English

o The candidate's age should not be more than 35.

o Having experience in the event rental business is preferred.
