What You'll Do

• Manage and guide a team of sales executives, providing training, coaching, and motivation.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Drive kiosk sales for telecom products including SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages, and accessories.
• Implement strategies to increase customer traffic, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Oversee kiosk operations including inventory, POS transactions, and compliance with telecom regulations.
• Generate and present daily and weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with management, marketing, and logistics teams.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in telecom or retail, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and POS operations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a kiosk environment.
