Manage and grow a high-value
sales portfolio of AED 4M+

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of
20+ property consultants
, ensuring the achievement of combined sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Provide market insights and guidance on
off-plan property investments
to clients and team members.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
Requirements
Minimum
3-4 years
of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a strong focus on off-plan sales.
Proven history of
achieving multi-million AED sales targets
.
Experience managing
large teams
and achieving combined sales goals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property laws, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.
RERA certification (is plus but not mandatory).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
