Job Overview:

As a Leasing Real Estate Agent at ABH real estate, you will play a vital role in the leasing process, facilitating transactions between property owners and prospective tenants. Your focus will be on marketing and leasing residential/commercial properties, conducting property showings, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our clients.

responsibilities:

Create and manage

appealing property listings for rental units.

Conduct market analysis

to determine competitive rental prices.

Implement

effective advertising and marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.

Screen and evaluate

tenant applications, conduct background checks, and verify references.

Conduct property showings,

highlighting features and addressing tenant inquiries.

Prepare lease agreements

, explaining terms to tenants and ensuring legal compliance.

Negotiate

lease terms and rental prices between property owners and tenants.

Manage tenant relationships

, address concerns, and facilitate communication between parties.

Conduct

property inspections before and after lease terms to document conditions.

Ensure

all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Maintain

accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and communication.

qualifications:

Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar real estate role. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and rental laws. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to market properties effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
