MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To provide seamless a digital workplace experience to all employees via role-based IT services with data, applications, and collaboration tools to boost productivity allowing to work from anywhere, on any device, at any time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides an integrated employee experience to make business applications easier & more effective to use.
Analyses & improves the adoption of all IT infrastructure applications including collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams), Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Rights Management Services, etc.
Improves the hybrid work experience, automate operations, innovate with infrastructure, and delivers improved digital workplaces.
Implements workflow tools to aid in automation wherever practical.
Acts as the lead product manager for productivity tools & keep abreast of new features from productivity technology
Drives new technology evaluation and feasibility study to build productivity use cases.
Assists information security team in gaining the visibility into user data asset across organization for comprehensive risk & data management.
Assists customer support team in set-up of end user data protection & identity management suite.
Drives & delivers trainings to staff on how to leverage tools in the course of their work.
Develops basic training materials (tip sheets, quick screen recordings, etc.) to help staff learn new features.
Assists IT asset management team in effective lifecycle management of all company provided devices & assets.
Participates in solution design and architecture workshop to adopt best standard practices.
Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
Microsoft 365 Platform certification. Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture or admin certification.
Any Cloud Security certification

ISR Requirements Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
