Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of pre-salesmen and van salesmen.
Plan and implement daily market coverage routes and sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with key traditional trade clients (groceries, cafeterias, mini-marts, etc.).
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and manage GRVs and expiries.
Conduct market visits regularly to ensure execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members.
Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity insights.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in the FMCG industry, with at least
2 years in a supervisory/team leader role
.
Strong experience in
traditional trade market in Dubai, Sharjah/Northern Emirates
is
mandatory
.
Prior handling of
dairy or short shelf-life products
is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Proficient in route planning, sales tracking, and team coordination.
Familiarity with handheld sales systems is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
Benefits:
Salary: AED 4500 to AED 6000 (plus commission with car and fuel expense)
