division.

Role Overview

As a

Team Leader - Modern Trade

, you will be responsible for supervising a sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple modern trade locations. This role requires mobility across the UAE and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters in modern trade outlets Achieve Daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure Kiosk readiness and cleanliness at all times Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews Coordinate with partner management team Train and guide new team members Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager Hunting for new Business locations and closure

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE telecom sector Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive results Willingness to work across all Emirates (UAE driving license is an advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in reporting and basic Excel skills Fluency in English; other languages (Hindi, Arabic) are a plus
