Role Overview
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing a team, optimising processes, and maintaining strong client relationships while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assess prospective client needs, gathering relevant information to deliver competitive, well-analysed proposals and recommendations.
Lead renewal and retention processes, ensuring proactive client engagement and offering tailored solutions with detailed comparisons and strategic guidance.
Oversee preparation, accuracy, and consistency of departmental reports, trackers, and performance dashboards for submission to management.
Manage and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high service standards.
Monitor incoming leads from internal and external sources, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate proposal delivery.
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, ensuring information is conveyed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to support business growth.
Perform other duties and projects as required to meet business needs.
