Key Responsibilities:
Supervise FM technicians and soft services staff on site.
Assign daily tasks and monitor attendance and productivity.
Coordinate with clients/site representatives for operational matters.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed on time.
Maintain service quality, safety standards, and company SOP compliance.
Prepare basic daily reports and manpower deployment records.
Handle site issues and escalate critical matters to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in Facilities Management supervision.
Knowledge of FM operations (MEP / Soft Services).
Basic reporting and communication skills.
UAE experience preferred.
