Job Overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising daily F&B service operations, ensuring smooth team coordination and upholding the high standards of Jumeirah's luxury guest experience. This includes managing guest relations, coordinating staff, and maintaining service excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead F&B service teams to meet and exceed performance and service standards
• Conduct daily briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure team motivation and alignment
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain operational reports, conduct regular audits, and monitor compliance with SOPs
• Recommend menu items, upsell experiences, and support themed dining offerings
• Ensure professional coordination between service and kitchen/bar teams for seamless execution

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar team leadership role in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Russian or European) are an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, complaint-resolution, and team coordination skills
• Adaptable to seasonal workload and multi-cultural team environments
