Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with brand standards
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign tasks, and motivate team members for optimal performance
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when needed
• Maintain service quality through regular floor checks, guest engagement, and checklist audits
• Provide detailed knowledge on food and beverage menus, pairing options, and service rituals
• Support training and development of junior staff to uphold luxury hospitality standards

Reporting & MIS

• Monitor daily service reports, feedback logs, and staff schedules
• Ensure all operational data and checklists are accurately maintained

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in F&B at a 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or a European language is a plus
• Strong command of Opera Cloud, Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office tools
• Confident in handling multicultural teams and guest relations under pressure
