We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader at FaithGlobal FX, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve strategic objectives and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of traders, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive accountability and productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and initiatives to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate and prioritize daily workflow, assignments, and projects to ensure efficient and timely execution of tasks and deliverables, optimizing team productivity and resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard the firm\'s assets and reputation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments and functions, working closely with colleagues in trading, research, compliance, and operations to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Proven leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, foreign exchange trading, and investment products, with proficiency in trading strategies, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve excellence and exceed performance targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving performance improvements, managing change, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
