- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Immigration Consultants, setting targets, and providing guidance to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about immigration trends, policies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring consultants are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the immigration or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of immigration processes and policies.
- Immigration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Team Leader: 1 year (Preferred)
- Malayalam (Preferred)
