Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunity.
- Manage a Sales team and provide leadership and coaching.
- Research and develop new investor relationships, programs, and tools.
- Gather and analyse market data to determine appropriate market and locations.
- Provide feedback to Sales team on market conditions, policies, distribution activities, etc., that will aid decisions on sales strategy.
- Proven problem-solving and team building skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience as a Team Leader, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Minimum 1-3 years in the UAE Secondary Market Real Estate
