Job Description
Walk In Interview for Leading Banks in UAE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Salary and Non-Salary Transfer Loan(division). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the loan specialist team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of salary and non-salary transfer loans. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of loan specialists, providing mentorship and guiding to achieve team goals.
- Ensure that all loan applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures and regulations.
- Review and approve loan applications, ensuring they meet required standards and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, assisting with complex loan applications and resolving any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Monitor loan processing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in loan processing or banking industry in preferred. (Preferably in UAE)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Thorough understanding of loan processing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
