The Team Leader will lead and coach a multi-cultural team to provide clients with exceptional and unique experiences. Thanks to a strong experience, the Team Leader will foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered. The Team Leader will act as an Ambassador of the Maison and demonstrate great attitude towards clients and team members. Oversee the evaluation of the individual performance for your dedicated team and assist other Team Leaders for the remaining team members
\xe2\x80\x93 Define adapted \xe2\x80\x9cindividual development plan\xe2\x80\x9d for all dedicated team members \xe2\x80\x93 Participate to the team engagement around the strategy and vision of the Maison \xe2\x80\x93 Act as an inclusive leader to ensure every team member is respected and has a voice \xe2\x80\x93 Create a positive and harmonious work environment \xe2\x80\x93 Assist the management team in identifying the skills and competencies required in the team for recruitment and development Client Relationship & Portfolio Development \xe2\x80\x93 Establish a client centric mindset within the boutique \xe2\x80\x93 Manage the operational roll-out of all clienteling activities for your team, ensuring such activities add value to all Cartier client \xe2\x80\x93 Engage and support team members in building long term client relationship and developing their portfolios \xe2\x80\x93 Assist boutique leadership in the monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions Product category \xe2\x80\x93 Act as a point of reference on a defined category \xe2\x80\x93 Provide the boutique and office teams with some feedback (product performance, quality, client related information, local market, competitors, trends\xe2\x80\xa6) creating strong bond with office Managers \xe2\x80\x93 Lead the product category business (morning briefings, internal communication, action plans, visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation\xe2\x80\xa6) \xe2\x80\x93 Create enthusiasm around product category JOB PROFILE:
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Management
Previous Experience in managing teams
Affinity of luxury industry; luxury retail is a plus, not a must Skills / abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
Highly organized, proactive, hands-on, resourceful and motivated - with a positive and resilient attitude
