Synopsis
To give supervisory oversight in specific areas of the Abu Dhabi Airport operation and deliver a superior guest experience and ensure the highest levels of safety.This team member will support and execute the delivery of the daily operation. The role work independently or as the leader of a small team to deliver against all performance and safety KPI.
Accountabilities

• Plan, update and supervise activities in order to ensure the safe and professional delivery of service for Etihad and Other Airlines' in line with the defined SLAs and quality standards
• Drive employee engagement and a high performance culture by being a role model that gives emphasis to empowerment, communication, quality, productivity & goal attainment.
• Ensuring that all SOPS are adhered to at all times both by yourself and your team members allowing for a safe and secure operation.
• Encourage consistency and collaboration by ensuring clear communication at all levels. This will include delivering team briefings, and completion of relevant reports.
• Ensure that all documentation pertaining to the tasks performed are accurately completed.
• Proactively work towards the connection of all Guests and Bags.
• Ensure they operate safely in compliance with applicable procedures and instructions. Report safety, security and service occurrences, errors, hazards and near misses utilizing the established reporting procedures

Education & Experience

• Secondary / High school level education
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the relevant area
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Airside Roles only)

Etihad Airport Services Cargo is the sole cargo handling provider at Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi.
We serve the cargo needs of more than 25 online carriers and many more offline carriers through Road Feeder Services. EAS Cargo provides import and export services and comprehensive logistics processes for airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
The current cargo terminals at Zayed International Airport cover 41,000 sq m of storage facilities that offer a full range of cargo services, including a fully equipped perishables center, temperature-controlled rooms, pallet screening, state-of-the-art CCTV for valuable cargo, and 24/7 end-to-end cargo support, including build and break, documentation, airside transports, special product handling, including perishables, and pharmaceuticals. Our innovative systems allow track and trace through our cargo facilities, better control of short connecting shipments, and real-time status updates.
We are the cargo handlers for the Abu Dhabi F1 event and other special projects. With its strategic location in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airport Services Cargo plays a vital role in facilitating global trade and connectivity, serving as a key hub for air cargo operations in the region.
