1- Establish and maintain a professional filing system of documents in conformance to ISO and SACC Standards.
2- Daily entry of food order in UCAS system with coordination with Production Department and Staff Feeding Department.
3- Coordination with UCAS Team for new clients to provide profit code and Central Sales Department for mapping the shopping list.
4- To Coordinate with Menu Planning for items that are required to be update.
5- To take responsibility for the store forecast.
6- Preparing the delivery note and to put in Non-IFC sales (UCAS 173).
7- Coordinate with Central Payroll & HR Department with monthly timesheet.
8- Assist in drafting correspondence and initiating responses to routine communications.
9- Coordinate with departments/ sections in collecting and disseminating information as required.
10- Attend to telephone calls, displaying professionalism and service mindedness.
11- Ensures all information related to the department is transmitted without any delay.
12- Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient information.
13- Maintain full confidentiality on all subject handled.
14- Requisition and monitor office supplies/ stationaries on regular basis.
15- Maintain discipline and professionalism.
16- Assist project work and other matters within the company management group from time to time.
17- Assumes any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?3,600.00 per month
