Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support the real estate sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
Train and mentor new and existing agents on sales techniques, CRM usage, and customer handling.
Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reports.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client relationship management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and property owners.
Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitors' activities.
Handle key clients and assist in closing high-value property deals.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property types, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
