We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Banking Sales to drive sales performance and lead a team of banking sales professionals.
. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to achieve revenue targets
. Lead, Monitor and motive the sales team to improve performance
. Build and Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications and Skills

3years of experience in banking sales, with at least 1year of experience as team lead. Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services and sales techniques
