Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Team Leader located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience required:
Required minimum 3 year of recent UAE banking sales experience in selling personal loan. Should be able to hire and manage a team size of minimum 5 sales executives. Customer Service and Relationship Building skills. Excellent Communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
Salary ranges from AED 5,000 to 8,000 depends on expertise + incentives upon achieving target.
