Innovation Driven Marketing Management (IDMM) is a marketing agency specializing in financial services. We are part of Innovations Group, one of the largest outsourcing companies based in the UAE.
Role Description:
The Team Leader will oversee daily sales operations, training new team members, manage and lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to achieve monthly personal loan sales targets. This is an on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience required:
Build and lead a team of 10-15 experienced sales executives. Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a banking sales team in the UAE. Strong team management and leadership skills. Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient analytical skills for performance evaluation and strategy development. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
Salary:
