Team Leader in Personal Finance
to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal finance sales in the UAE and proven experience leading a team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal finance sales executives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Motivate and train team members to enhance performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in personal finance sales in the UAE. Proven experience in ateam leadership
role within the UAE. Strong knowledge of banking products, personal finance, and UAE market trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to drive and motivate a high-performing sales team.What We Offer:
