We're looking for a skilled and motivated

Workshop Team Leader

to supervise daily workshop operations, drive productivity, and maintain service excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership qualities, and a passion for the automotive industry--this is your opportunity to lead with impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Allocation & Supervision:

Assign work orders based on technician skillsets and workload. Monitor technician productivity and ensure timely job completion. Ensure accurate time tracking for each job operation.

Technical Oversight:

Confirm repair orders are clear and align with customer requests and warranty policies. Personally assess and resolve repeat repairs. Support Technicians with troubleshooting and ensure compliance with manufacturer procedures. Verify proper use of tools and equipment.

Communication & Workflow:

Act as a liaison between Technicians and Service Advisors. Translate customer concerns into actionable instructions. Maintain clear documentation and report technical issues or tool deficiencies to the Workshop Manager.

Quality Control & Safety:

Conduct quality checks or ensure QC processes are followed. Promote safe working practices and protect customer property. Minimize and report on lost time and inefficiencies.

Customer Interaction & Support:

Assist Service Advisors with diagnostics or customer handovers when needed. Engage directly with customers for inspections or concerns.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive/Mechanical discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years as a qualified automotive technician.

Certifications:

Automotive Technical Certification is required.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Fluent in verbal and written communication. Computer literate - MS Office, workshop systems. Valid UAE driving license.
