Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of denters in vehicle body repair, alignment, and panel replacement.
Inspect damaged vehicles and plan repair work according to technical requirements.
Ensure all denting work meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Conduct final inspections before painting or delivery to ensure quality completion.
Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with workshop safety, tools usage, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with painters, mechanics, and service advisors for smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate job records and report daily progress to the Workshop Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years' experience
in automotive denting and body repair, with at least
2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
.
Strong technical knowledge of
vehicle body structures, panel repair, and alignment techniques
.
Ability to read and interpret job cards and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and use of workshop tools and equipment.
