About The Role

As a Wellness Attendant Team Leader, you will handle guest requests and comfort in the fitness, and possess a clear and concise communication style to be able to coordinate between the Master Trainers, service providers and guests and assist the smooth flow of the spa journey. You will oversee the team of attendants and will be required to perform detailed cleaning tasks and organization of all areas of the spa as this is crucial to the overall operation of a 5-star spa facility including admin tasks, such as ordering, stock take and team trainings.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar environment, or housekeeping, public area cleaning or other guest contact position, as is an interest in the spa, fitness and wellness industry.

You must be confident and able to understand the sensitivity of a fitness environment so as to maintain absolute discretion and privacy of guests at all times. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
