About The Role

Are you confident, creative, and comfortable communicating at all levels and enjoy a luxury environment? The Team Leader, Front Office for SIRO will report to the Assistant Managers and will help to maintain and action the day-to-day lobby activities, communicate with Housekeeping and Call Center to ensure seamless guests\' service is provided. An interest in sports or physical wellbeing is needed for this position.

About You

If you have a bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management and have worked in a luxury hotel or resort in a similar position, a minimum of 2 years\' experience, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity. An additional language such as Chinese, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian is advantageous.
