About The Role

As a Wellness Attendant, you will handle guest requests and comfort in the fitness area, and possess a clear and concise communication style to be able to coordinate between the fitness and wellness concierge, service providers and guests and assist the smooth flow of the fitness journey. You will be required to perform detailed cleaning tasks and organization of all areas of the spa as this is crucial to the overall operation of a 5-star facility.

As a Wellness attendant, you have the enriching opportunity to view and experience our highly anticipated spa and wellness center from every angle and contribute to its ultimate success. You will attain a wealth of practical skills and knowledge while serving our guests and will interact and make connections with a diverse number of people from various backgrounds.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar environment, or housekeeping, public area cleaning or other guest contact position, as is an interest in the spa, fitness and wellness industry.

You must be confident and able to understand the sensitivity of the fitness environment so as to maintain absolute discretion and privacy of guests at all times. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
