Job description We are currently hiring a professional Team Leader with A Real Estate background . PURE HOME REAL ESTATE - Abu Dhabi - UAE Job duties: -

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Achieving Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas to divide among Sales Representatives.
• Apprise and monitoring the sales team
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
• Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
• Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
• Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market

Requirements :

• Real Estate background is must with 3 to 10 years' experience maximum in the same field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position ( Team Leader) in any field ( Real Estate / Banking / Insurance ... )

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / Dubai Real Estate market, laws and procedures experience and selling properties in UAE.

• Willing to grow within the company in the long-term run
• Available in Abu Dhabi

• Driving License and CAR is a MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Licence and a car (Required)
